Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. is a registered company in South Korea specialising in offline wallet tracking and reserve ledger documentation for small businesses that hold bitcoin as a reserve asset.

How we began

In 2019, a Bundang import brokerage approached our founder after their accountant flagged unexplained bitcoin movements during a year-end close. The company had acquired three hardware wallets over two years but never linked them to ledger entries. Reconciliation took three weeks of ad-hoc blockchain lookups and hallway conversations about “who had the Ledger last.”

That engagement became our first custody mapping template. Word spread among neighbouring businesses in the Seongnam industrial corridor, and by 2021 we incorporated as Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. to serve small businesses across Greater Seoul that faced the same documentation gap.

What we do today

We do not sell software subscriptions or manage wallets on behalf of clients. Our work is documentation and verification: mapping custody, reconciling ledgers, and writing the control procedures that accountants reference during audits. Every engagement produces paper and spreadsheet records your team owns.

Our approach

Grounded in your actual practices. We document what your team does today before recommending changes. A controls manual that nobody follows is worse than an informal process everyone understands.

Offline-first documentation. Ledger records, custody maps, and reconciliation sheets are designed to survive network outages and policy changes. Your reserve documentation should not depend on a single cloud account.

Accountant-ready deliverables. We format findings so your external accountant can incorporate them into audit files without re-interpreting blockchain data.

The team

Kim Seong-ho — Founder and lead ledger auditor. Former operations manager at a Seongnam logistics firm where he managed the company’s first bitcoin reserve allocation. Handles Reserve Ledger Audits and controls documentation.

Park Min-ji — Reconciliation specialist. Accounting background with focus on small business year-end closes. Conducts monthly reconciliation sessions and custody mapping engagements.

Lee Jun-hyeok — Documentation coordinator. Maintains custody diagram standards and reconciliation sheet templates. Supports intake calls and engagement scheduling.

Values we hold

We believe small businesses deserve the same reserve documentation rigour that large institutions apply to treasury holdings—without enterprise software contracts or outsourced custody. We charge for human expertise and written deliverables, not for access to a platform.

Community

We participate in quarterly small business finance gatherings in Bundang where reserve asset questions arise. Several of our Field Notes articles originate from questions raised at these sessions.
