Service engagements: Business name, contact details, wallet inventory metadata (device types, address references—not seed phrases or private keys), ledger file contents, key holder names, and session attendance records.
Website analytics (if accepted): Page views, referral source, browser type, and session duration through privacy-respecting analytics tools.
Technical data: IP address, browser user agent, and access timestamps in server logs for security monitoring.
3. How we use your data
- Respond to consultation requests and service inquiries
- Deliver contracted ledger services and produce documentation
- Send engagement-related communications (scheduling, deliverable delivery, follow-up)

9. Security
