Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and deposit handling for Content Haven Hub ledger service engagements.

Overview
This policy covers refunds and cancellations for ledger services provided by Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. Our services are professional documentation engagements, not software subscriptions or physical product sales.
Deposit and payment structure
- Audit and documentation engagements: 50% deposit upon quote acceptance, 50% upon deliverable delivery
- Monthly reconciliation: billed at the start of each month, minimum three-month commitment
- Custody mapping: full payment upon scheduling
Cancellation before work begins
If you cancel an engagement before the scheduled session date and no preparatory work has been performed:
- More than 14 days before session: Full deposit refund minus ₩30,000 administrative fee
- 7–14 days before session: 50% deposit refund
- Less than 7 days before session: No deposit refund
Preparatory work includes intake analysis, template customisation, or scheduling of on-site visits.
Cancellation after work begins
Once a session day has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel after day one of a two-day audit but before day two, we will deliver the inventory documentation produced on day one and invoice for day one at 60% of the total engagement fee. The remaining balance is not charged.
Deliverable disputes
If you believe a deliverable (findings report, controls manual, custody map) does not match the agreed scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the concern and, if valid, revise the deliverable at no additional cost. Refunds are issued only when a revision cannot resolve the scope discrepancy.
Monthly reconciliation cancellation
After the minimum three-month commitment, you may cancel with 14 days’ notice before the next billing date. Months already billed are non-refundable. Sessions not attended due to client cancellation without 48-hour notice are forfeited without refund or rescheduling.
No-show policy
If your team does not attend a scheduled session and does not provide 48-hour notice, the session fee is charged in full. One rescheduled session is offered at no additional cost if notice is provided at least 48 hours in advance.
Non-refundable items
- Sessions completed and deliverables delivered
- Expedited engagement surcharges after work has commenced
- Greater Seoul on-site visit fees after the visit has occurred
- Administrative fees for quote preparation on engagements cancelled less than 7 days before the session
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method. Bank transfer refunds may require 3–5 additional business days depending on your financial institution.
Rescheduling
Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48-hour notice. Additional rescheduling requests may incur a ₩40,000 rebooking fee.
Work already started
If we have begun deliverable preparation (drafting controls manuals, pre-analysing ledger files) before a cancellation, the portion of work completed will be invoiced at the prorated engagement rate. Any amount exceeding the deposit will be billed; any deposit amount exceeding completed work will be refunded.
