Controls Documentation
Written procedures for wallet access, withdrawal approval, backup verification, and key-holder responsibilities.
Format: Document delivery with one review session
Purpose
Accountants and external auditors increasingly ask Korean small businesses to demonstrate controls around digital asset holdings. A controls document answers the question: who can move bitcoin, how are withdrawals approved, how often are backups verified, and what happens when a key holder leaves the company?
Deliverables
We produce a controls manual tailored to your wallet arrangement: access matrix, withdrawal approval workflow, backup verification schedule, incident response steps for lost devices, and onboarding/offboarding procedures for key holders. The document references your specific wallet inventory rather than generic templates.
Process
We interview two to three people involved in reserve management, review your current practices (even informal ones), and draft procedures that reflect what you actually do while closing obvious gaps. One review session allows your team to comment before final delivery.
Pricing
From ₩320,000 for single-entity businesses with up to four wallets. Multisig arrangements and multiple business units add scope.
