Recurring ledger-to-blockchain matching with documented sign-off for businesses that add or move reserve bitcoin regularly.
Format: Monthly 90-minute session at Bundang office or via secure video
Purpose
Businesses that actively manage bitcoin reserves—accepting payments in bitcoin, rotating between cold and warm storage, or topping up reserves quarterly—need monthly reconciliation, not annual panic. This service provides a standing appointment where we match on-chain balances to ledger entries, document any new wallets, and produce a monthly reconciliation sheet your accountant can file.
Session contents
Each session covers all mapped wallets from your initial audit or custody mapping. We verify balances, note new transactions since the last session, update the inventory if wallets were added, and record who attended and what was confirmed. The reconciliation sheet includes date, wallet reference, on-chain balance, ledger balance, variance, and resolution notes.
Requirements
Clients must have completed a Reserve Ledger Audit or Wallet Custody Mapping engagement before enrolling. Sessions are billed monthly with a minimum three-month commitment.
Pricing
₩180,000 per month for up to six wallets. Additional wallets are ₩25,000 each per session.
