1. Acceptance
By accessing content-havenhub.click or engaging Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) for ledger services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use this website or our services.
2. Services description
Content Haven Hub provides offline wallet tracking, reserve ledger audits, custody mapping, controls documentation, and monthly reconciliation sessions for small businesses holding bitcoin reserves. Our services produce documentation and verification records. We do not custody wallets, hold private keys, execute transactions, or provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
3. Website use
You may use this website for lawful purposes related to learning about and requesting our services. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data
- Use automated tools to scrape content beyond normal browsing
- Misrepresent your identity when submitting contact forms
- Reproduce site content for commercial redistribution without written permission
4. Intellectual property
All content on this website—including text, layout, templates, and branding—is owned by Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. or used under licence. Deliverables produced during engagements (custody maps, reconciliation sheets, controls manuals) are licensed to the client for internal business use. We retain the right to use anonymised methodology descriptions in educational materials.
5. Service engagements
Specific engagements are governed by a written quote or engagement letter that supplements these Terms. Payment terms, deliverable scope, and cancellation conditions are defined in the quote and our Refund Policy.
6. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about wallet arrangements and ledger records. Clients retain sole responsibility for wallet security, seed phrase custody, and transaction authorisation. We verify and document holdings based on information clients provide; we do not guarantee the accuracy of client-supplied data.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, Content Haven Hub Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from website use or service engagements. Our total liability for any claim related to a specific engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
We are not liable for losses arising from wallet compromise, seed phrase loss, market price movements, regulatory changes, or actions taken by clients based on our documentation deliverables.
